Student Leaders 2026

At St Albans Heights Primary School, we are committed to giving every student the opportunity to have their voice heard, grow in confidence and contribute positively to our school community. In a welcoming and inclusive environment, students are encouraged to participate, make thoughtful decisions and develop their leadership potential.

Student leadership gives students the opportunity to share ideas, show initiative, take responsibility and set a positive example for others. By being involved in school life, students strengthen their skills and confidence while learning how to make a meaningful contribution to their classroom, school and wider community.

We aim to

• Create a sense of belonging by bringing students from different year levels together and building positive relationships.
• Build school pride and spirit through teamwork, participation and celebrating success together.
• Promote positive, friendly competition through sporting events, learning activities and whole-school initiatives.
• Strengthen leadership by encouraging students to take responsibility, help their peers and make a positive contribution to their school.
